This renovation addressed the missing middle housing crisis by providing four amazing units with the look of a classic Kitsilano craftsman. The Heritage Class-B Fourplex underwent a complete makeover, complete with a new coachouse, new basement, and massive interior framing. A solar panel pre-heat system was installed to help with energy efficiency. Character elements were also added to reflect the original style of the building. The result is a beautiful, energy efficient building that provides much needed housing in the area.
