Main St. Commercial Renovation

This renovation was a major undertaking which involved significant underpinning, formwork and structural upgrades to a highly desirable commercial space. These upgrades added valuable usability and square footage to the basement and included complete reframing to meet new standards. As a result, the commercial space was greatly improved and transformed into a more desirable retail space.
